We're excited to build this group with parents, guardians, child care providers, babysitters, grandparents, family members, friends, and their little ones!
Join us on Thursdays at the Oak Arbor Church & Montessori School. In nice weather, we will be outside at the playground. In colder/rainy weather, we will be inside the spacious social hall. Bathroom facilities, and a changing table is available.
Building visitors enter through the main school doors, and sign in and out at the front office.
This group is designed primarily for infants & toddlers up to 4 years. Siblings are welcome to attend — we ask that older children join in with care and help maintain a toddler-friendly environment.
If you have ideas, feedback, or questions, please reach out anytime: Gleice Jones or Denielle Schnarr
• Open-ended, age-appropriate play
• Social interaction and learning through play
• Opportunities for caregiver connection
• Indoor and outdoor time (weather permitting)
To help keep everyone safe and happy, we ask that all families follow these shared expectations:
Supervision
• Children must be actively supervised by their caregiver at all times.
• Please stay within close proximity to your child(ren), especially during active or outdoor play.
Older Siblings
• Siblings are welcome, although the group’s focus is on toddlers.
• We ask older children to play gently and inclusively, and avoid activities that may overwhelm younger kids.
• If bringing older children regularly, feel free to bring quiet activities to help them stay engaged.
Health & Cleanliness
• Please stay home if your child is ill (fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms).
• Help us keep the space clean: clean up after your child and use the provided wipes/paper towels if needed.
Snacks & Allergies
• Bring a snack and water for you and your child.
• Please check with other adults before sharing food to prevent allergy risks.
• Let the group know if your child has any food allergies or sensitivities.
Space Respect
• We share this space and all materials with the School and Church — please treat them with care.
• Encourage children to take turns, use kind hands, and respect others’ space.
