ADMISSION STEPS

The goal of the admissions process is to thoughtfully partner with parents to determine whether Oak Arbor Christian Montessori School is the right fit for your child and your family. With this goal in mind, the Admissions Team works efficiently and carefully to review each application in the best interest of the child. Oak Arbor Christian Montessori School does not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin.

Admissions Steps:
Schedule a Tour
Families are encouraged to schedule a visit to experience our campus, classrooms, and community firsthand.
Before your visit, please complete the Inquiry Form so the admissions team can learn more about your family and prepare for your tour.
Tour the School
During your 30 to 45 minute visit, you will: Observe classrooms in action
Meet with a member of the admissions team or school leadership to discuss our Montessori programs
Enrollment Process
After your tour, you will receive a follow-up email outlining the next steps in the enrollment process. This will include an invitation to schedule a family meeting with the School Director and Pastor to learn more about Oak Arbor School’s Christian foundation and to help determine whether our program is the right fit for your child’s educational needs.
After this meeting, you will be asked to complete the online application form and submit the $250 non refundable registration fee. This fee covers all children within the same family. Once your application is complete, the admissions team will follow up regarding enrollment and tuition documents.
Additional Notes
Your child may be invited to spend a half day or a full day in the classroom to help determine the best placement.
Previous school records or testing results may be requested as part of the admissions review.
If a classroom is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list
Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
