Admissions Steps
-
Schedule a Tour
Reach out to schedule a visit so you can see the campus, classrooms, and community. Before your visit, complete the Inquiry Form so the admissions team knows a bit about your family and can prepare for your visit. -

• Explore classrooms in action
• Meet with the principal or admissions team to discuss the Montessori approach and programs
• Meet with the school pastor to learn about the Christian foundation of the school -
Apply for Admission
After your tour, complete the application and submit the $250 non-refundable registration fee (this fee covers all children in the family). The application and payment can be done online.
If your child is transferring from another school (K–6), the school can help arrange the release of records. -
Admission Decision
Once your application is received and complete, the admissions team will:
• Review it carefully
• Contact you about your child’s placement
• Possibly schedule a follow-up meeting
• If the appropriate classroom is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
Additional Notes
• Your child may be invited to spend a half or full day in the classroom to help determine the right placement.
• The school may request previous school records or testing results.
• Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
