Before your visit, please complete our Inquiry Form so we can learn more about your child and prepare to meet your family’s needs.
2. TOUR OUR SCHOOL
During your 30–45 minute visit, you’ll:
- Tour our campus and observe classrooms in action.
- Meet with our principal or admissions team to discuss our Montessori-based philosophy and programs.
- Learn about the spiritual foundation of our school in a meeting with the pastor of Oak Arbor New Church, who shares how our Christian values guide daily life and learning.
3. APPLY FOR ADMISSIONS
Ready to take the next step?
Complete the application and submit a $250 non-refundable registration fee (covers all children in the family). Both the application and payment can be conveniently completed online.
If your child is currently enrolled in grades K–6, we’ll help you arrange for the required release of school records from their current school.
4. ADMISSION DECISION
Once we’ve received your completed application, we will:
- Carefully review it.
- Contact you with information about your child’s potential placement.
- If necessary, schedule a follow-up meeting.
Please note: If the appropriate class is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Your child may be invited to spend a half or full day in a classroom to help our staff determine appropriate placement.
- We may request records or testing results from your child’s previous school(s).
- Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Additional forms, such as the Parent-Student Cooperation Form and Request for Student Records, may be required.
